In this dynamic role, you will be the face of our mobile kitchen, preparing delicious food, providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring smooth operations throughout each shift. Your energy and attention to detail will contribute to creating memorable moments for our customers while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, develop your culinary skills, and be part of a passionate team committed to excellence. Responsibilities Prepare and assemble menu items efficiently, following established recipes and food safety guidelines Provide friendly and attentive customer service, upselling menu items to enhance sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the food truck, including food handling, bussing tables, and sanitizing work surfaces Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality Support food safety procedures by adhering to sanitation standards and proper food handling practices Qualifications Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or fast food environments is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Square is a plus Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Knowledge of food safety management, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience in culinary roles or kitchen environments is advantageous Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
