Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE
Fisherman's Restaurant & Bar is seeking an energetic and dependable Seasonal Busser to join our team for the upcoming season. As a Busser, you'll play a vital role in keeping our dining room running smoothly. Supporting our servers, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and helping deliver the exceptional guest experience that Fisherman's is known for. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to ensure guests are seated without delay
  • Assist servers by delivering water, bread, and other items to tables as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, including floors, tables, and service stations throughout each shift
  • Restock supplies such as napkins, silverware, and condiments to keep service areas fully prepared
  • Remove dirty dishes, glassware, and linens and transport them to the dishwashing area
  • Communicate clearly with servers and hosts to coordinate table readiness and guest flow
  • Support the overall team during high-volume service periods with a positive, can-do attitude
REQUIREMENTS
  • Prior restaurant or hospitality experience a plus
  • Ability to stand, move quickly, and stay on your feet for extended periods
  • Ability to lift 35 lbs
  • Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness and detail
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Weekend and holiday availability required
  • Food handler's certificate
