A Busser, Banquet Worker, or Cafeteria Attendant assists with food service at a restaurant, large banquet hall or cafeteria. Removes used dishes, sets tables with clean dishes and linens, replenishes foods served at food stations or buffet tables, and provides water, coffee or other beverages for patrons.
Gogiro Korean BBQ & Shabu Hotpot is looking for dependable, fast-moving, and hardworking Bussers to join our team! In a high-volume Korean BBQ and Shabu Shabu restaurant, the Busser role is essential to keeping our dining room floor, restrooms, and kitchen service running seamlessly. You will be responsible for clearing tables, resetting specialized equipment (grills, hotpot induction setups), keeping our guest restrooms clean and fully stocked, and maintaining fast table turn times.
Compensation & Benefits Pay:
Base pay at state minimum wage + shared tips
Average Total Earnings:
$20 - $23 per hour (Base + Tips) Key ResponsibilitiesTable Turnover & Dining Room Care Quickly clear and sanitize tables after guests depart—removing used K-BBQ grill plates, hotpot equipment, dishes, tableware and glassware. Reset tables promptly with clean tableware, hotpot setups, and fresh grill grates to keep seating smooth. Keep the main dining area, walkways, and bus stations spotless, organized, and free of clutter. Restroom Maintenance & Sanitation Perform regular bathroom checks throughout shift service to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Keep restrooms fully stocked with essential supplies (toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels). Wipe down sinks, counters, and mirrors, sweep/mop floor spills, and empty trash receptacles as needed to keep restrooms fresh and inviting for guests. Grill & Dishroom Support Safely swap, transport, and scrub heavy K-BBQ grill grates, hotpot pots, and kitchen cookware. Support dishwashing operations during peak rush periods. Adhere strictly to all health, food safety, and sanitation guidelines. Work Environment This is a physically demanding, fast-paced position requiring constant movement, lifting heavy bus tubs/equipment, and working under pressure. Speed, physical stamina, and attention to detail during busy rushes are critical to success.
