What You Bring At least two years of experience in a high volume, quality banquet service operation; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience Previous food & beverage supervisory experience Basic computer literacy in the Point-of-Sale system and the sales and catering computer application Must have current WA Food Handler Card and Class 12 MAST Native American/Alaskan Native preference applies under applicable TERO requirements
