BREAKFAST ATTENDANT/COOK
Apply your love of food and attention to detail in our breakfast position! As a Breakfast Attendant, your role is to ensure our guests enjoy an excellent dining experience and start them off with wonderful morning experience! Your ability to deliver an extraordinary food experience combined with hospitality services, attentive service is essential to building guest and overall brand loyalty.
A TYPICAL DAY
Prepare food items, prep, stock and maintain the buffet. Offer flexibility and creativity to meet guest requests. Proactively assist guests with eye contact and a warm greeting. Wash dishes, clean the kitchen and maintain daily checklists and temperature logs. Assist with inventory, ordering and receiving of all food and beverage items. Support the goals of the hotel through teamwork and collaboration with all departments. Making specality drinks and coffees as needed
REQUIREMENTS
Previous food handling experience is preferred, but not required. You must be able to obtain a Food Handler's Permit within 30 days of employement. To be successful in this role, you need basic verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to read and write. This job requires you to stand and move around for an entire shift and you also must be able to lift at least 25 pounds. Typical shifts will start at 5:00 a.m. and typically end at 12:00 p.m.
