Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist servers with food and beverage service to ensure guest satisfaction. Greet all guests to ensure proper welcome to the property. Promptly clear used table settings and clean table for resetting. Reset tables in accordance with established standards to seat new guests as quickly as possible. Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for cleaning. Ensure stations are prepped, maintained, and clean for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen, and condiments. Wipe down seats, reset tables and chairs, and clean floors as necessary. Retrieve clean linens at beginning of shift and during shift when necessary, folding as specified by established standards and stocking correct levels in service stations. Complete all other opening and closing duties as assigned. Additional Responsibilities Keep work area neat and organized. Conduct self in a professional manner at all times. Maintain a safe working environment and immediately report all unsafe conditions. Maintain a good working relationship with all departments. • Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

• Current food handler card and liquor service permit.
