Job Summary Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Breakfast Attendant at our welcoming hotel! In this lively role, you will be the first point of contact for guests enjoying our morning offerings, ensuring a warm, inviting atmosphere and a seamless breakfast experience. Duties Greet guests warmly as they arrive for breakfast, providing friendly and attentive service throughout their visit Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring food presentation is appealing and items are replenished promptly Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing fruit, assembling breakfast items, and maintaining food safety standards Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including clearing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing utensils and condiments Monitor food quality and temperature to ensure compliance with health regulations and guest satisfaction Support catering or banquet functions as needed, helping with setup, serving, and cleanup processes Handle guest inquiries professionally, addressing special dietary needs or requests with care and efficiency Experience Previous experience in fine dining or food industry roles is highly desirable Strong background in customer service and serving guests in hospitality settings Experience with food preparation, food handling, and maintaining food safety standards Prior restaurant experience demonstrating excellent communication skills and teamwork Dietary aide or catering experience preferred but not required; willingness to learn is valued Join us to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering outstanding breakfast experiences!
