Duties Greet guests warmly and assist with seating, ordering, and answering questions about menu items Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established standards and safety protocols Maintain cleanliness by following sanitation procedures across all areas of the restaurant, including dining spaces, kitchens, and restrooms Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process orders and payments efficiently Monitor food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations and prevent contamination or spoilage Restock supplies and assist in food preparation as needed to support kitchen operations Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience Qualifications Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential!
