KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES
Guest Experience Excellence - Deliver warm, enthusiastic service that makes every guest feel like a VIP. You're the welcoming presence that sets the tone and ensures every need is met with care and speed. Master of the Details - From polished banquet setups to spotless cleanups, you keep every space organized and event-ready. Your precision ensures nothing is out of place and everything is secured post-event. Clear Communicator - Menus, questions, orders—you handle them all with clarity and professionalism. Your confident delivery keeps guests informed and satisfied. Schedule Savvy - Whether it's a busy weekend or a late-night shift, you manage your time like a pro. You adapt to the rhythm of the hotel and keep things moving smoothly. Safety First - You're always alert, following safety protocols and reporting concerns promptly. With proper equipment use and a watchful eye, you help maintain a secure environment for all.
Qualifications:
Three to six months of related experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking the English language. Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage difficult or emotional situations and respond promptly to guest needs. Ability to meet work schedule demands, including occasional work outside of regular hours based on business needs.
