In this energetic role, you will deliver exceptional breakfast service, ensuring a warm, welcoming environment for all guests. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable mornings, setting the tone for an outstanding guest experience. Hours would be every other weekend with the chance for additional hours as needed. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items with precision and care, adhering to food safety and sanitizing procedures. Set up breakfast stations efficiently, ensuring all food and beverage supplies are stocked and organized for optimal service. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen stations, and equipment through regular cleaning and sanitizing routines. Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including ovens, toasters, coffee machines, and food warmers. Skills Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety management practices. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently; familiarity with food sanitizing procedures is essential. Excellent customer service skills with in-person interaction experience; ability to engage warmly with guests.
