Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a commitment to providing high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment. As a Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive delicious and safely prepared meals while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety. Responsibilities Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and menu specifications. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including cooking stations, utensils, and equipment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service and efficient kitchen operations. Assist in menu planning and development, considering dietary needs and preferences. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests when necessary, demonstrating phone etiquette when taking orders or answering inquiries. Support other team members as needed, including assisting delivery drivers or dietary aides during busy periods. Experience Previous experience in food service or as a Cook is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals. Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and food safety practices is essential. Experience working in a hotel or restaurant setting is a plus. Knowledge of POS systems for order management is beneficial. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment are crucial.
