We are looking for an experienced Breakfast Attendant to join our team for the weekends. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, have strong communication skills and a commitment to guest satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving meals to our guests in a timely and efficient manner. While being able to follow provided brand standards, placing guides and menus.

Responsibilities:

• Create order list of supplies needed once a week and work with Operations Manager for ordering.
• Prepare and re-stock items as needed during breakfast hours and after breakfast for the next day.
• Set-up breakfast bar according to brand standards, menus, and placing guides.
• While breakfast is happening all areas must be cleaned as needed.
• After breakfast has finished all serving areas, utensils, glassware and silverware must be cleaned and sanitized accordingly.
• Properly store food according to health standards.
• Greet all guest, be ready to help and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Be courteous and friendly to all guest This is a part-time position with Saturdays & Sundays and Tuesdays, however other days may be scheduled if coverage is needed.

The hours for this position are 5:30AM-1:30PM.
