Job Description
Shift starts at 5:00 am and ends around 12:00 pm (depending on business levels) Making sure the buffet area and main breakfast items are well-stocked. Maintaining the buffet area clean and well-arranged. Cleaning the breakfast tables regularly as guest get up, replenish the food, coffee, silverware, and condiments....etc Prepare the food for guest (light cooking) Greeting guest with a smile. Resolving customers complaints within breakfast area and answering any questions. Acting as the company's representative by providing a hospitable and warm atmosphere for all guests. Put away breakfast order from distributor if it comes on your shift. Clean up after breakfast time, wash dishes, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming (if needed) and taking out the trash.
