Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated Food Service Team Member to join the Snooks Shaved Ice & Soft Serve team. The ideal candidate will be an adult over the age of 18 that desires to professionally develop into a Point of Contact to Shift Lead position. General responsibilities are to perform accurate food preparation, service, and maintaining cleanliness in a fast-paced dining environment. ## Duties
  • Ensure all requirements and Check List items are accurately completed during the Shift by All Team Members
  • Ensure Company Operation Policies & Procedures are followed
  • Complete food preparation and handling according to regulatory and company standards
  • Serve food and beverages to customers with a friendly and helpful attitude
  • Set up and break down daily duties in the store, mobile trailer, and at catering events efficiently
  • Support ALL operations by helping with setup, service, and cleanup
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all equipment and facilities
  • Handle payment transactíon both in cash and through the dedicated Point of Sale system efficiency and accuracy ## Requirements
  • Attend and Pass ongoing food safety training
  • Previous experience in food service, food trailer, banquet, and/or catering is preferred
  • Knowledge and adherence of food handling and safety procedures
  • Strong customer service skills with a hospitality mindset
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Able to follow Checklists and Written Instructions
