MEAT CUTTER

to join our team in Alhambra. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring the kitchen is set up for success and supporting the flow of service through efficient food preparation and delivery.

Key Responsibilities Opening Procedures:

Complete essential opening duties, including setting up the Meat cutter station are fully stocked and ready for service. Deli meat slicer experience : experience with deli meat cutters (for brisket, beef belly, and other thin slice cuts), and knife work is not required but prefered.

Food & Beverage Prep:

Prepare foundational items such as jalapeno, lemon, parsely, and transfer meats in bulk container to station containers for meats, items ; stock and organize .

Cleanliness & Safety:

Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace; assist team members with cleaning tasks as needed to ensure a safe environment.

Qualifications Reliability:

Strong attendance record and a "team-first" mentality.

Efficiency:

Ability to work quickly and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Communication:

Clear communication skills to coordinate with both kitchen and front-of-house staff.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30-50 lbs. 10:30am-6:30pm Monday & Wednesday 10:30am-7pm friday-suday

From $16.90 per hour
