Pit Fiend Barbecue is hiring for a meat cutter position that will also have the opportunity to smoke meats on some shifts. This is a full time position, typically 32-38 hours per week. Hours fall between 11 am - 2 am depending on the shift. Must be comfortable interacting with customers at the counter while slicing meats, preparing sandwiches, etc. Weekend availability required.

Compensation includes a base pay rate of $18.50/hr with tip pool share, and total compensation is typically over $25/hr after tips. We offer free barbecue to staff, unlimited unpaid time off, and a positive, laid back work environment.
