1. Must have meat cutting experience to include cutting standards for beef, pork, and chicken. This includes knife cuts, use of saws and grinders. Preferred cutting experience in grocery stores/supermarkets. 2. Ability to deliver incredible customer service by offer assistance and ensuring the customer has what they need. 3. Working in a cold environment while cutting, pricing, and wrapping products for the sales floor. 4. Ability to unload and breakdown deliveries including working in a freezer for periods at a time. 5. Ensure compliance with company safety, policy and procedures.
