Meat Cutter / Butcher Tillman's Meats & Country Store - Jacksonville, FL About Us Tillman's Meats is an old-fashioned, full-service butcher shop with three locations in Mandarin, Fleming Island, and Ponte Vedra. We hand-cut all meats in-house and also provide wild game processing during hunting season. We are entering our busiest time of the year (holidays + game processing) and are looking for a reliable, punctual, and hardworking meat cutter to join our team. Position Type Full-Time (35-45 hours per week) Weekends required during peak season Holiday availability required (Thanksgiving & Christmas season) Pay Range $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (Depending on experience and cutting skill) Job Summary The Meat Cutter is responsible for cutting, trimming, deboning, and preparing meat products for both retail customers and wild game clients. This position is hands-on and customer-facing, requiring strong knife skills, professionalism, and a commitment to cleanliness and food safety.
