Line Cook We are looking for someone who is passionate and enthusiastic about food and beverage, has a friendly personality and eagerness to provide guests with a great dining experience. Our restaurant strives to provide friendly, knowledgeable and professional service. Cutter/Line Cook duties will consist of assisting the team with their daily tasks and is responsible for making sure that food is prepared to the exact specifications of the establishment.

Requirements:

Solid Knife Skills are a must Ability to work well with others Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, cutting meat, or preparing sauces) Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff Answer, report and follow Owner/GM instructions Clean up station and take care of leftover food Stock inventory appropriately Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers Self-motivated with a strong work-ethic Team-player with a positive attitude
