Full Job Description Description:
We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Butchers / Meat Warehouse Associates to join our team in a fast-paced meat processing and distribution warehouse. The ideal candidate will assist with cutting, trimming, packaging, and handling meat products while following all food safety and sanitation procedures.
Requirements:
Cut, trim, portion, and package meat products according to company specifications Operate meat processing equipment such as knives, grinders, slicers, and saws safely Label, weigh, and prepare products for shipment and distribution Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, tools, and equipment Follow USDA, HACCP, GMP, and company food safety guidelines Inspect meat products for quality and freshness Load and unload products from storage areas and trucks Work in refrigerated and cold warehouse environments Assist with inventory and stock rotation Follow all workplace safety procedures and wear required PPE Support production and warehouse teams as needed Criminal Background check E-verify
