Meat Cutter/Smokehouse

Our Smokehouse Production team members are responsible for production, processing, and quality control of all major proteins including, but not limited to: beef, pork, ribs, sausage, and chicken.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Monday - Sunday shifts available Friday, Saturday & Sunday shifts required 5:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. $20.00-$22.00 per hour Follows all standardized procedures and recipes. Follows all company food safety standards and practices. Has or achieves exceptional knife skills Trims beef briskets, pork shoulders, pork ribs and whole chickens. Checks smokers for proper settings, functionality, and temperatures. Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by cleaning workstations, equipment, and utensils. Masters and executes all opening and mid-day duties. Exceeds quality standards and provides superior food products and services. Removing garbage and recycling. Perform other duties as assigned.
