Raw Processing Responsibilities:

Setup meat processing equipment Operate machinery and equipment used in the processing of raw meat, such as slicers, grinders, emulsifiers, and mixers. Maintain accurate records of raw meat inventory, including quantities used and remaining stock. Monitor the temperature and storage conditions of raw meat to ensure freshness and compliance with food safety standards. Collaborate with other team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils regularly to maintain a clean and safe working environment. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding food handling, safety, and quality control. Report any issues or concerns regarding raw meat quality, equipment malfunction, or safety hazards to management promptly.
