Exposure to a Level 1 Trauma Center or teaching facility, diverse patient populations—including pediatric and anesthesia cases—and advanced MRI technology ensures continuous professional development.
Schedule:
Friday through Sunday, 3x12-hour shifts Day shift: 07:00 - 19:30 No call required
Qualifications:
Valid ARRT (MR) certification and current BLS required Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center or teaching facility preferred Proficiency with Siemens MR (required) MRI Safety expertise, including implant research and adherence to scanning guidelines Comfortable working with anesthesia and pediatric patients Experience with Epic and PACS preferred State license not required Local travelers within 75 miles are not eligible
Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality MRI scans and ensure patient safety at all stages Assess, screen, and accurately position patients, including those with challenging cases (pediatric, anesthesia, implants) Collaborate closely with radiologists, technologists, and nursing staff in a trauma/teaching environment Track procedures and utilize EMR (Epic) and PACS as needed Adhere to strict safety, hospital, and departmental protocols
