Butcher/Meat Cutter What You'll Do:

• Cut, trim, and prepare fresh meats to order and for display
• Assist customers in both Spanish and English with meat selections and recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the meat department
• Manage inventory, packaging, and proper labeling
• Work alongside a tight-knit team in a fast-paced but supportive environment What We're Looking For
• Prior butcher or meat cutting experience required

• Bilingual:

  English and Spanish (Spanish-speaking customers are a big part of who we serve)
• Reliable, hardworking, and takes pride in their craft
• Knowledge of traditional Hispanic cuts (e.g., carne asada, carnitas cuts, chuletas) is a big plus
• Food safety certification a plus but not required, we can help with that What We Offer
