Full-time or Part-time with flexiblility Job Description Twin Cities Pack LLC is a small, family-owned packing house in Gering, Nebraska, seeking a dependable team member for a Livestock Processing / Butcher position. This role involves working as part of the team responsible for the humane harvesting and processing of livestock in accordance with company procedures, food safety standards, and workplace safety practices. Livestock processing, slaughter floor, butchering, or meat processing experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. This is a great opportunity for a reliable individual who wants steady work with a local, family-owned company. Responsibilities- Assist with the humane harvesting and initial processing of livestock according to company procedures
- Help with slaughter floor tasks, meat processing, wrapping, packaging, and related production work
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
- Keep work areas, tools, and equipment clean and organized
- Work cooperatively with team members in a packing house environment
- Follow instructions and maintain consistent quality and productivity Qualifications
- Livestock processing, slaughter floor, butchering, or meat processing experience preferred, but not required
- Dependable, punctual, and ready to work
- Willing to learn and follow instructions
- Able to work well with others in a team environment
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
