You don't have to have experience at classic butchery, but you need to have solid KNIFE SKILLS and have a great attitude eager to learn.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Working in cold room/ walk in cooler Cutting meat Maintaining cleanliness Provide back up support for other duties as needed

ESSENTIAL ABILITIES/ TRAITS

Ability to learn new methods Positive "can do" attitude Capable of lifting and carrying 40+ pounds. Fast paced environment, ability to work quickly Bilingual (Se Habla Español) preferred Standard schedule is 6am-3pm Mo-Fri. After 90 Day Learning & Development Phase you can request an evaluation for wages increase.
