JOB DETAILS
First Shift, Monday- Friday 7:00 AM

RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform meat cutting and trimming with knives, cleavers, and saws Weigh meats and label containers correctly Remove products with defects, bruises, or blemishes along with excess fat Prepare meat for sale or consumption Package and ship products carefully Comply with health and safety regulations and always wear protective gear Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentPOSITION REQUIREMENTS
Experience in meat cutting is a plus Ability to stand for long periods Utilize various tools and equipment Ability to work in various weather and temperature conditions Fast-paced environment Attention to detail Follow written and verbal instructions Surge hires for a variety of top jobs in the area.
