Job Description
Overview We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in culinary arts and food preparation, particularly in a kitchen or restaurant setting. Responsibilities
- Prepare and package various cuts of meat according to customer specifications
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with meat selection and recommendations
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations while handling and cutting meat
- Utilize knives and other cutting equipment to portion, trim, and debone meat products
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the meat cutting area Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry, specifically in meat cutting
- Knowledge of proper meat handling techniques and food safety protocols
- Familiarity with different types of meats and cuts
- Strong knife skills and precision in meat cutting
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
