The Meat Cutter will assist in ordering, receiving, and stocking products, interacting with customers, breaking down products, and maintaining cleanliness. Key Responsibilities Breaking down and cutting animal products Assisting with meat preparations, including preparing value-added products Interacting with customers Using electronic sales system Packaging and labeling products for sale Tracking inventory Maintaining an impeccably clean working environment Qualifications Great customer service Strong oral communication skills The ability to lift 50+ lbs. Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends Background in meat cutting and grinding
