Job Description

We are looking for an experienced meat cutter to add to our team!
Job duties include:
reporting to manager daily taking initiative to know how to cut and fill the case running a meat saw, grinder, smoker, and the use of knives daily helping cover manager duties during vacation times performing clean up duties at end of day wrapping meat & filling the retail case optimizing profit by properly trimming and merchandising different cuts of meat understanding seasonal items that correspond with the department and adjusting inventory levels as well as properly merchandising the product
Pay:
$12.00 - $19.00 per hour
