The ideal candidate will assist customers, prepare fresh meats, and help maintain a clean and organized butcher department.

Responsibilities:

Cut, trim, and package fresh meats according to customer requests. Stock and rotate meat products to ensure freshness and quality. Operate meat slicers, grinders, saws, and other equipment safely. Assist customers with product selection and special orders. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the meat department. Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock. Label and price products accurately. Follow all food safety and health regulations. Work with team members to provide excellent customer service.
