Position Overview We are seeking a polished, personable, and highly organized Maître D' to be the face of our guest experience. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, upscale environment and understands the importance of first impressions. Key Responsibilities Warmly greet and welcome all guests upon arrival Manage reservations using platforms such as OpenTable or Resy Coordinate seating flow to ensure efficient dining room operations Communicate clearly with servers, managers, and kitchen staff Maintain waitlists and provide accurate wait time estimates Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism Uphold the restaurant's standards for hospitality and presentation Qualifications 2+ years of host or Maître D' experience in an upscale or fine dining environment preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to stay composed under pressure Familiarity with reservation systems (OpenTable, Resy, etc.) Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays What We Offer Competitive hourly pay + tips/bonus opportunities Growth opportunities within a respected hospitality group Employee dining discounts Dynamic, team-oriented work environment
