Responsible for preparing, packaging, maintaining meat products and work areas. Ensuring quality, safety, and consistency.Responsibilities:
- Assist with cutting and portioning meats
- Package, label, and price products
- Keep work area clean and sanitized
- Organize inventory (FIFO)
- Restock display cases
- Dispose of waste properly
- Support customer service when needed
