Job Description

Trimming primal cuts, grinding meat, operating a bandsaw, and a sausage stuffer. Including weighing, wrapping, and packaging meat cuts. Must be able to assist in unloading whole carcasses from a truck. Pay is based on experience. We are willing to train.
