Assist customers by providing knowledgeable recommendations, answering questions about cuts and preparation methods Package meat products carefully to maintain freshness and meet food safety standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering strictly to food handling and safety protocols Support food production activities such as sausage making, marinating, or other specialty preparations Manage inventory levels, restocking displays and ensuring product availability for customers Follow all food safety guidelines diligently, including proper sanitation and storage procedures Proven experience in food production, preparation, or a related field within the food industry or restaurant environment Knowledge of food handling regulations and safety standards Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with shoppers Familiarity with packaging techniques for retail meat products is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us and bring your passion for food craftsmanship to life!
