QUALIFICATIONS

Must have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Knowledge of California gaming regulations. Deal games efficiently and accurately while creating an atmosphere of hospitality and friendliness toward customers and co-workers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Strong knowledge of table game rules and procedures. Excellent customer service skills. Strong understanding of math and cash transactions. Distribute winnings or collect player's money or chips. Compute payable odds to pay winning bets. Stand or sit behind table games and dispense the appropriate number of cards and operating other gaming equipment. An understanding of the Player/Dealer rotation. Must be able to understand the hands associated with Poker, Blackjack, Baccarat, and Pai Gow. Must adhere to all aspects of the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Program and its requirements, including, but not limited to, Title 31 Cash Transactions, Suspicious Activity Reporting and Customer Identification requirements. One year of previous dealing experience is required.

$16.90 hr/+tips
