Company Description Coyote Valley Casino Resort, located just 9 miles north of Ukiah in Mendocino County, is a lively destination off Highway 101 offering gaming, lodging, dining, and entertainment. The resort features a casino, hotel, bar, restaurant, fueling station, and event showroom that support a variety of community and cultural activities. Team members join a dynamic environment focused on guest enjoyment and community engagement. The property's range of services and events creates an energetic workplace with diverse customer interactions. Staff members are encouraged to contribute to a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere for guests and colleagues. Role Description We currently have full-time and part-time on-site positions available. Table Games Dealers are responsible for dealing games such as blackjack and poker according to casino procedures and gaming regulations, ensuring accurate payouts and maintaining game integrity. The role includes welcoming guests, explaining game rules, answering questions, and providing courteous, timely service at the tables. Dealers monitor chip and cash transactions, maintain a clean and organized gaming area, and promptly report any irregularities or concerns to supervision. The position requires consistent adherence to responsible gaming practices, cooperation with team members, and a professional demeanor during all shifts. Qualifications No experience necessary. If you are willing to learn, we're willing to train! Strong customer service and communication skills to engage guests, explain rules clearly, and respond to questions professionally. Excellent interpersonal skills to create a welcoming environment and work effectively with diverse guests and team members. Ability to perform accurate mental math, handle chips and cash responsibly, and follow gaming regulations and internal controls. Ability to stand for extended periods, work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and comply with licensing requirements.
