We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Card Game Dealers to assist with casino-style party events around the Tampa Bay, Orlando, and Sarasota areas. As a Card Game Dealer, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional gaming experience to our guests during specific events. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. This will be a contracted position. Acceptance into the roll provides you with the flexibility to choose which events you would like to assist with. You will only be paid for the events that you attend.

Duties:

• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Explain game rules and procedures to players
• Deal cards or operate gaming equipment
• Monitor game play to ensure fairness and adherence to regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized gaming area
• Resolve conflicts or issues that may arise during gameplay

Experience:

• Previous experience as a Casino Dealer is preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills (not real cash)
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Excellent guest service skills
• Knowledge of casino games and rules is a plus

Games:

We are looking for dealers who can manage and provide dealing services for one or more of the following games.

• Blackjack
• Texas Hold'em
• 3-Card-Poker Compensation includes paid wage of $35
• 60 per hour (depending on event), and may include compensation for travel, parking, and food.

Events are typically 3 hours long, but could range between 2 and 5 hours. Payouts occur immediately upon completing an event in the form or a check, direct deposit, or payment transfer app. Customers may tip, but tips are not required. All tips are paid and shared between dealers immediately.
