As an Experienced Casino Dealer, you'll be the heartbeat of our gaming floor. Your expertise, charisma, and professionalism will set the tone for unforgettable guest experiences. From managing high-stakes moments with composure to creating a welcoming environment for first-time players, you'll be the face of our commitment to excellence.What You'll Do:
Deal a variety of table games—such as Blackjack, Roulette (if applicable), Craps (if applicable), Ultimate Texas Hold'em, Mississippi Stud, and DJ Wild—with accuracy, speed, and professionalism. Maintain game integrity by enforcing rules, monitoring play, and ensuring compliance with gaming regulations. Engage guests with a friendly, approachable demeanor while keeping the game moving smoothly. Handle chips, bets, and payouts with precision and efficiency. Collaborate with floor supervisors and pit bosses to ensure a seamless gaming experience. Assist in training and mentoring new dealers, sharing best practices and techniques. What You'll Bring Minimum 6 months of professional casino dealing experience in a regulated gaming environment. Proficiency in at least two major table games; multi-game proficiency is a plus. Strong mental math skills and the ability to calculate payouts quickly without assistance. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to read the room and adapt your style. A calm, confident presence under pressure and in high-energy situations. Current gaming license or ability to obtain one prior to start date.
