Responsibilities
- Creates and ensures a fun-filled and entertaining environment w the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence are paramount.
- Provides accurate and efficient dealing at assigned table games by providing the rules of the game to guests, according to state and facility established requirements.
- Ads to all company and departmental policies and procedures and state regulations as it relates to this position.
- Ability to calculate odds quickly and accurately to pay winning bets and collect losing bets.
- Performs accurate chip and cash transactions.
- Maintains game security and always protects company assets.
- Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.
- Performs all other related duties as assigned. Requirements
- Must successfully pass an audition to determine the performance levels and abilities.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule according to business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous dealing experience preferred
- Knowledge of multiple table games preferred; Blackjack/Craps or Blackjack/Roulette
- Successful completion of dealer school / program required.
- Must be able to obtain a Maryland Lottery License
