Job Description
Located on the Mississippi River, on the site of the former Learned's Mill that operated from 1828 until 1962, Magnolia Bluffs Casino now calls this historic land home. The casino originally opened in 2012 and is currently owned and operated by Saratoga Casino Holdings, LLC. With numerous slot machines and ample table games such as poker, blackjack, roulette and craps as well as delicious dining options, we offer a guest experience unparalleled to others. In addition to our boasting casino, we operate a beautiful hotel with the areas only saltwater pool! We are now looking to expand our team as we continue to provide the city of Natchez with the best customer service and gaming experience possible! Our current opening is for a Table Games Supervisor. This position will report directly to the Senior Casino Shift Manager, and will be responsible for: Essential Functions Tracks guest action on table games Has gaming knowledge of all games in the Pit, Craps, Black Jack and Roulette. Orders fills and credits to properly maintain table bankrolls. Handles complaints from team members and guests. Acts as a guest relations representative and host for the casino. Changes cards as necessary. Keeps all tables clean of debris, supplies, and cleans ashtrays for guests. Accommodates guests via comp. Guidelines. Adjusts minimums/maximums to maximize profit potential. Supervises table games, cheat resistance Keeps the games manager informed of all pertinent information Maintains communication and cooperation with other shifts and departments. Assists in developing and evaluating department policies and procedures. Ensures implementation of policies and procedures. Ensures gaming supplies in your area of responsibility are maintained at adequate levels. Ensures that all Colorado Gaming Laws and Regulations and Title 31 Regulation are complied with. Marginal Functions Keeps informed of what our competitors are doing. Mandatory Requirements Math skills Communication, leadership and judgement skills. Training and practical knowledge on the table games to be supervised. Working knowledge of the Colorado Gaming Laws and Regulations, and Title 31, as they relate to table games. Colorado Support License required. Prior supervisory experience essential. Non-Mandatory Requirements Bi-Lingual.
