What You'll Do:

During paid training, participants will: Attend scheduled classroom and hands-on training sessions Learn casino table game rules and procedures Develop accuracy, speed, and confidence in game operation Practice customer service and communication skills Demonstrate professionalism and integrity Prepare for auditions and employment opportunities as a Table Games Dealer

QUALIFICATIONS

Must possess excellent customer relations and communication skills Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment Must be willing to work any day of the week and any shift to include nights and weekends Must be able to have a good relationship with co-workers and work as a team Must present a well-groomed appearance A high school diploma or GED is required Must be at least 19 years of age Able to perform basic math calculations. Able to work in an environment with varying noise levels and bright flashing lights. Ability to obtain and maintain any required gaming licenses Ability to stand for extended periods and use manual dexterity
