Job Description
The Dealer Training Class is designed for individuals with little to no prior casino dealing experience. Attendance at all classes is mandatory. Ongoing scheduling and next steps will be discussed individually after completion of the class. We are looking for motivated self-starters who are hardworking, passionate about customer service, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit. Tipped position starts after training! Enjoy tips that typically range between $18 and $30 per hour . Training Details Learn to be a casino dealer — no experience necessary Paid training while you learn ( up to $1,900 ) State license fees paid by employer Training pay: $15/hour
Class Schedule Monday-Thursday:
9:00 AM- 4:00 PM Approximately 28 hours per week Up to $1,420 available for three weeks of training (badge and background fees included) 3 weeks of training for Blackjack and pit games Additional paid orientation and on-the-job training ( $15/hour ) Audition Information Monday, 9/28: 9:00 AM
- 12:00 PM Tuesday, 9/29: 9:00 AM
- 12:00 PM Class Start Date Monday, 10/5/2026 9:00 AM
- 5:00 PM Additional Information Training program available to new full-time Brook employees Part-time positions may be considered based on qualifications Nights and weekends required after successful completion of training Hourly training pay is only available after completing HR and onboarding requirements
