JOB DESCRIPTION

The Dealer will be responsible for but not limited to the following: Maintaining the utmost professional demeanor, language and attire while dealing the game with proficiency and accuracy. Providing exemplary service and experience in all interactions with our guests whether on the game or otherwise. Creating a fun & memorable gaming experience. Understanding and appreciating customer preferences, while adhering to department policies and procedures. Creating an open and inviting environment that will entice guests to join the game. Maintain integrity of the games at all times while protecting the company assets.

JOB FOCUS

Focus is on, but not limited to the following: Always exhibiting a positive and professional attitude with all team members and guests. Protect the assets of the company to ensure maximum profitability. Dealing a good paced game that adjusts with the players to ensure maximum player enjoyment and game efficiency. Accurately dealing the games to ensure game integrity.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Must have at least 1 year dealing experience in Craps, Blackjack, and at least one (1) other of the following games: Baccarat (Midi or Mini), Roulette, or Novelty games (Face Up Pai Gow, Three Card Poker, Ultimate Texas Hold'Em, Jackpot Hold'Em). Game skill sets must be kept up to date and you must be able to deal those games when assigned. Must have exceptional guest service skills. Must be able to communicate effectively in English with guests, fellow team members, and management. A valid Nevada Gaming License is required. Must be 21 years of age or older.
