Table Games Dealer Tuscany Suites and Casino - 3.0 Las Vegas, NV Job Details Part-time 16 hours ago Qualifications English High school diploma or GED Math Table games accessories Casino cash handling Full Job Description Located just minutes away from all of the excitement of the glittering Las Vegas Strip and Las Vegas Convention Center, Tuscany Suites & Casino provides guests with a relaxing getaway perfect for business travelers, a long weekend with friends or your next family vacation. We are looking for a Table Games Dealer that will entertain and operate the table games.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for dealing with live Table Games while creating an entertaining/exciting environment. Responsible for creating an environment where guests and coworkers can have fun at table games. Be knowledgeable with regards to operating hours and any promotion/events. Experience of at least 6 months to one year of dealing Blackjack and Roulette. All other Casino games are a plus. Current and up to date Nevada gaming card. Deals cards according to Casino standard procedures. Pay winnings or collect losing bets as established by the rules and procedures of a specific game. Open availability; must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays, some overtime depending on events. Ability to entertain customers while dealing with all games and maintain game pace. Full time and Part time positions available. Dealers do keep their own tips. Very competitive base rate.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED required. Must be 21 years old or older. Must be fluent in oral and written English. Successful completion of dealer training class or able to demonstrate dealing experience. Must be able to work in an environment with exposure to secondhand smoke and high noise levels. Must be able stand for long periods of time and able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry . Must be able to maneuver to work inside and continuously maneuver in and around assigned table in the Pit department during entire shift, with regular interval breaks. Must be able to perform mathematical computations when determining winners and losers and collecting and paying out bets quickly and accurately. Must possess good manual dexterity for quick and accurate handling of chips, cards and money. Must be able to successfully pass a live game audition and interview process.
