Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Casino Dealer to join our team. As a Casino Dealer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while operating various casino games for private events. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Duties:
  • Conducting casino games such as blackjack, poker, roulette, craps, and more
  • Interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Explaining game rules and procedures to players
  • Operating gaming equipment and ensuring fair play
  • Monitoring player behavior and resolving conflicts or disputes
  • Maintaining a clean and organized gaming area
  • Adhering to all gaming regulations and company policies
Experience:
  • Previous experience as a Casino Dealer preferred but not required
  • Strong communication skills to interact with guests effectively
  • Proficient in basic math skills
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Excellent customer service and guest relations skills
  • Knowledge of casino games and rules
