Our Dealership Accounting teams are essential to our success—ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across financial operations. What You'll Do Process Daily Transactions:
Handle check and credit card deposits and assist with reconciling cash sales accounting schedules
Audit Car Deals:
Review deals for accuracy and completeness prior to submission
Track & Report Issues:
Maintain notes on missing or incorrect items to support compliance Collaborate with
Store Teams:
Partner with Business Managers and dealership teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition
Support Accounting Schedules:
Assist with maintaining reconciled schedules as assigned
Cross-Train:
Learn additional functions, including Title & Registration, to support team operations
Deliver Results:
Maintain accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in all responsibilities What You'll Bring Strong attention to detail and accuracy Effective written and verbal communication skills Excellent time management and prioritization abilities Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Active listening and a collaborative mindset Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based systems High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Dealership experience or experience processing car deals (preferred) Transferable experience in accounting, banking, or administrative roles is welcome We offer best in class industry benefits: Pay $20

The full range for this position is $16.85
  • 26/hour. The anticipated starting pay is $20
  • 24, based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
Final compensation will be determined through the interview process and in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws. High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
