Then Happy Valley Casino may be the place for you as we introduce our premier entertainment concept to State College! We are looking for a Table Games Supervisor to join our team. This person will report to the Director of Tables Games Essential Functions Oversee the daily operations of designated table games, ensuring compliance with Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) regulations, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. Supervise the operation of assigned table games including Midi Baccarat, Craps, Blackjack, Roulette, Three Card Poker, Ultimate Texas Hold'em, Mississippi Stud, and Spanish 21. Serve as Boxperson at assigned table games as operational needs require; however, will not serve as a Supervisor in the same pit in which they performed Boxperson duties. Monitor dealer performance and provide coaching, feedback, and disciplinary action as needed. Ensure strict adherence to PGCB regulations, internal controls, and company policies. Resolve guest disputes professionally and escalate issues when necessary. Accurately complete and verify table game documentation such as fills, credits, and player ratings. Assist in training and mentoring new dealers and support staff. Maintain a secure, fair, and welcoming gaming environment. Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. At least 2 years of experience in Table Games Job Requirements High school Diploma or equivalent Valid PA Drivers License Must be able to be approved and maintain licensure by Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board gaming. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. repeatedly. Able to perform repetitive motion tasks.
