Job Overview We are seeking an outgoing, skilled, and engaging Casino Dealer to join our dynamic team. As a Casino Dealer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional gaming experiences to our guests. Your role will involve dealing various casino games, managing player interactions, and maintaining a fun and friendly atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and basic math proficiency. Responsibilities Deal cards and manage gameplay for various casino games, including bingo, blackjack, three card poker, and roulette. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with players, answering questions, and resolving conflicts as needed. Communicate effectively with guests and team members to enhance the overall gaming experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gaming table area. Qualifications Previous experience in a casino event company, actual casino, strong knowledge of the game of blackjack, or guest services role is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming and fun atmosphere for guests. Basic math skills for accurate funny money/chips handling and game management.
