Responsibilities Deal casino table games such as Blackjack, Craps, and other popular games with precision and professionalism Maintain the integrity of casino game rules, ensuring fair play and adherence to established procedures Manage cash handling and chip transactions accurately while complying with casino cash handling protocols Provide excellent guest services by engaging with players courteously and addressing their questions or concerns promptly Monitor game flow and table activity to uphold casino operations standards and ensure smooth gameplay Enforce casino policies related to game conduct, responsible gaming practices, and regulatory compliance Use communication skills effectively to coordinate with team members and inform management of any irregularities or issues Qualifications Proven experience dealing casino games such as Blackjack or Craps; prior casino experience is highly desirable Strong understanding of casino game integrity rules and regulatory compliance requirements Excellent conflict management skills to handle disputes or difficult situations calmly and professionally Basic math skills and mathematical aptitude for quick calculations during gameplay Knowledge of casino operations regulations, cash handling procedures, and table games accessories Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a fast-paced environment Numeracy skills essential for managing chips, bets, payouts, and maintaining accurate records This role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive in lively environments and are passionate about delivering top-tier guest experiences.
